Kimberly L. Pollack
Principal
Ms. Pollack joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in May 2001 and is the co-head of Corporate Finance for the Structured Equity Funds. Ms. Pollack is involved in all aspects of an investment, including pre-transaction due diligence and structuring, as well as working with the management team to develop and execute on growth strategies once the investment has been made.
Prior to joining LLCP, she worked at VCAPITAL.com and was responsible for due diligence and monitoring of portfolio companies.
From 1992 to 1999, she worked at Allied Capital Corporation in the Mezzanine Finance Group and at First Chicago Corporation structuring and monitoring fund investments as well as performing financial and operations analysis.
Ms. Pollack has an MBA from Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
